The Centennial Alzheimer's and Dementia Support Group June Meetup

Hi Everyone!
Sorry about cancelling our November meeting, but we had a family emergency. I am looking forward to our Dec. meeting and hope you can attend. Our venue is the same as it was for November.

I can't believe the Holidays are almost here!
Providing care for someone with dementia can be overwhelming, and it can be easy to neglect your own well-being. My topic this month is "Take Good Care of Yourself and Experience the Moment."

Our meetings are open to everyone. If you are a caregiver, you are a loved one of someone who has Alzheimer's, a friend or a relative who just wants to know about this disease and what to do....please join us! A member once said in his own words..."It's almost unbearable when my own mother doesn't recognize me. On those days, I call my group to help me understand and cope." You don't have to be alone, thats why we have a support group!
